- 1-2 rkl oliiviöljyä
- 1 tlk kuorittuja tomaatteja
- 1 rkl tomaattipyrettä
- 1-2 tl sriracha-kastiketta
- 1-2 tl grillimaustetta
- 2 tl oreganoa
- 2 dl sokeroimatonta ja maustamatonta soijajogurttia
- 1/2 dl vegaanista kurkkumajoneesia
- 1-2 tl agavesiirappia

- 1 rkl rypsiöljyä
- 1 pkt Santun Vegekebab-siivuja
Ohje
- Kypsennä riisi pakkauksen ohjeen mukaan.
- Pilko sipulit ja kuullota öljyssä, lisää kuoritut tomaatit ja mausta kastike. Anna porista n. 15 minuutin ajan ja soseuta se lopuksi.
- Sekoita jogurttikastikkeen ainekset keskenään.
- Paista “kebablastut” öljyssä ja kokoa annokset.
